The offer gives the user a 12 month full commercial licence to use Caddie. The licence terms are as follows:

The first 6 month's licence will be a full Caddie Professional, including all the normally available applications (Architecture, Survey, Digital Terrain Modelling, Civils, Mechanical, Steel and Landscape).

After 6 months, the licence will revert to a Budget Licence with more limited functionality. This licence will be valid for a further 6 months. There is no difference in the drawing format between Professional and Budget licences, the difference is in the tools available to the user.

Applicants can convert their 'offer' licence into a full commercial licence at a discounted rate until the expiry of the offer as follows:

Once the offer licence has expired, an annual licence fee can be paid at the current UK annual licence rate.

Note:

Users converting to a full licence, automatically get 12 month's support and upgrades included from the date of conversion. After 12 months an optional annual relicensing fee is payable, entitling the user to unlimited support and upgrades to the latest version.

Users paying an annual licence or relicensing fee automatically get support and upgrades included.

Unlimited free Email and online (web) support is available for the duration of the offer.

At the discretion of Caddie and yourself, remote assistance may be used to assist with support, allowing Caddie support personnel to view and if required take control of your Caddie. Before allowing support personnel to access your pc, please ensure that you close any applications displaying any personal or sensitive information

For the duration of the offer, all version upgrades and patches that would normally be available to licenced users, will be available to offer participants free of charge.

The following, normally chargeable courses are available at no cost to participants in the offer until the expiry date:

• Getting Started With Caddie
• Caddie Survey
• Caddie Digital Terrain Modelling

On successful completion of a course, the course completion certificate will be available to download.

• Applicants must complete the form in the 'Register Now' tab, supplying a valid name, address, email address, and telephone number
• The offer is only valid to the first 100 successful registrants
• Once an activation key has been issued, this must be activated within 14 days or it will expire
• Caddie reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time without warning
• The number of licences per applicant is limited to 20. Multiple licences will be supplied as a network licence and must be used on the same local area network. However network licences can be 'loaned' to non connected pcs for up to 14 days at a time.
• Licences may be transferred between pcs at any time by the user
• At the expiry of the offer, Caddie will automatically revert to demonstration mode. Drawings can still be opened, viewed and plotted, however the save functions will be disabled.
• An offer licence can be converted to a full commercial licence at any time until the expiry of the offer by paying the appropriate discounted licence fee.
• After the expiry of the offer, a commercial licence can be purchased at the current standard international rate for the appropriate Caddie licence.
• Once we have received and reviewed your application, unless we have any queries regarding the validity of the application we will issue an activation key by email, licencing the software in Professional mode for 6 months. Should we have any queries, we will contact you via email or telephone to clarify them. After 6 months, the licence will be automatically extended in Budget mode for a further 6 months. This automatic extension requires the pc to be connected to the internet. If this is not possible, the extension can be applied manually via email - contact our support team if necessary.
• If your supplied email address is already registered on our caddiesoftware.com website, that email address will be given access to the online training courses at learning.caddiesoftware.com. If not, we will register that address on our training site and you will receive an email address detailing your training course logon credentials.
