Caddie AEC and 3D Fundamentals Classroom Course

This course will teach the fundamentals needed to get started with Caddie’s AEC and 3D functionality. The delegate will learn the basics of working with 3D primitives and AEC objects. The course also covers the principles of Caddie’s tools that assist with complying with SANS 204 and SANS 10400. At the conclusion of the course, the delegate should understand the fundamentals of creating and editing 3D models, applying textures and finishes to them and creating 2D sections and elevations from their models.

Delegates wishing to gain a deeper understanding as opposed to covering just the fundamentals should consider the online course: ‘Getting Started with Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) Application Course’ since this covers the content in far more detail.

This is a 1 day classroom based course.

Prerequisites: The delegate should have completed, the Getting Started with Caddie Online Training or Classroom Course or have the equivalent self-taught experience.

Caddie AEC and 3D Fundamentals has been validated by SAIAT as a Category 1 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) event for SACAP registered professionals.
