Question:

If I accidentally drag my command bar or other toolbar from the docked position, is there a quick way to restore it?

Answer:

If you double click the top "Blue" bar of the tool bar it will revert to the last docked position.

If you to rest all the toolbars back to a previous saved setting, use the 'Settings | Screen Layout | Recall Screen Layout' command. If you haven't saved a screen layout then restore the "Original" layout, set it up again they way you like it and save the screen layout - just in case you need to do it again.
