Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, on condition that it is unopened (with any seals or shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The cost of returning the purchase is your responsibility. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty. We regret that we are unable to accept returns or cancellations of purchases for items where the licence key has been supplied digitally (by email, download or any other digital transmission).
You must ensure the goods are adequately re-packed.
Goods which are found to be damaged when returned us will not be credited and will be returned to you at your expense.

To prevent the incidence of software piracy, we will not accept returns of goods that have had the seal broken or have been opened.

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not buying in connection with a business) you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel your contract with us and receive a refund. This applies to all of our products, except for digitally downloaded items or items where the licence key has been supplied digitally (by email, download or any other digital transmission). We regret that we also are not able to accept cancellations of purchases of software products where the item has been unsealed. You must contact us and inform us in writing of your desire to cancel your contract within seven (7) working days of receipt of the relevant product(s), and you will receive an authorised returns (RMA) number. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately re-packed and insured during any return journey.
