Download and install this player to watch Caddie training videos on your computer. Note to XP Users: If you do not yet have it, you will need to download Windows Media Player 11 before you will be able to use this player. Caddie Remote Assistance utility allows our support staff to connect to your computer and help you. After downloading the file, you can double click it and it will give you an id number and a password. If you give these to a Caddie Support Team member they will be able to view your screen. As soon as you close the utility the password is invalidated so each time you use it you will need to give the support team the new password.
